This petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to conduct proper, fair and unbiased investigation in pursuance to the F.I.R. dated 06.03.2023 having F.I.R. No.58/2025, under Section 64(1), 351(2) BNS, Police Station Majhagai, District Kheri." 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submits that the investigation is almost completed and non bailable warrant has been issued against the accused on 04.09.2025 and after completion of the investigation, the report shall be submitted expeditiously. 4.
