HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5348 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. By means of the instant petition the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of the suit filed by the petitioners relating of the year 2022 pending before the Civil Judge, (S.D) court no.20 Barabanki. Having considered the aforesaid plea as well as extracts of the order sheet which has been brought on record, this Court does not find that there are any accentuating circumstances for this Court to entertain the petition at this stage, accordingly the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the court concerned for their grievances and needless to say that in case if such an application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided by the court concerned in accordance with law. It is also clarified that in case, if any genuine cause for expedition of a suit relating to year 2022 arises in future mere dismissal of the instant petition may not come in the way of the petitioners.
