Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for sanction and disbursement of ex-gratia amount of Rs.30 lacs to petitioner in terms of recommondation of the District Magistrate concerned dated 12.12.2023 and in pursuance of government order dated 01.06.2021 as well as judgement rendered in Writ-A No.28249 of 2021 (Kusum Lata Yadav vs. State of U.P. & Ors.). 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move a fresh representation before party no.1 i.e. State of U.P. through Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Panchayti Raj Government, U.P. which shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. Decision shall be taken in the light of aforesaid recommendations, government order and judgement indicated herein above. 4.
