This is a 2nd bail application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Gossaigaon P.S. Case No.69/2025. 3. The petitioner is a scrap dealer. He procured the land under which the Oil Pipeline goes to the State of Bihar. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had tried to create a hole in the pipeline to steal crude oil and in that manner fire broke out. 4. The earlier bail application was rejected by this Court on the ground that the investigation of the case was in the preliminary stage. 5. Today, I have decided to agree with Mr. Das. 6. The case diary reveals that there are incriminating materials against the petitioner. 7. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner Nur Uddin Sheikh is not found to be satisfactory and hence, it is rejected and stands disposed of accordingly.
