GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 6th Respondent Police in suppressing the petitioners Real complainant dt. 04.06.2020 where in Substituting the fabricated document and registering the 2 F.I.R in Cr.No.347/2020 of II Town Police Station, Ananthapur is arbitrary ,illegal and contrary to the provisions of Cr.P.C -1973 apart from gross violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the 1st Respondent to entrust the investigation in F.I.R Cr.No. 347/2020 of II Town P.S, Ananthapur to the C.B.C.I.D Department (or) any officer not below the Rank of Deputy Supdt.of Police so as to conduct fair, impartial enquiry.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, Police had taken up investigation in Crime No.347 of 2020 on the file of II Town Police station, Ananthapuramu and after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet on the file of the Court of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ananthapuramu which was numbered as C.C.No.631 of 2020. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. None appeared for the Petitioner. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
