Sri Suri, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter at some length submits that he does not intend to press the petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to either file a review application or an application for recall against the judgment and order 19.11.2024 passed in the Matter Under Article 227 No.5475 of 2024 in re: Harish Suri vs. Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lucknow and another. 3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4. Obviously it goes without saying that the liberty can only be in accordance with law. 5.
