In compliance of the order dated 08.09.2025 the alleged detenue Smt. Shivani Tiwari has been produced before this Court by Sub Inspector Sunil Kumar Yadav and lady Constable Ms. Pranjali along with her father opposite party no. 4-Sri Brijesh Kumar Tiwari and her learned counsel Sri Ashok Kumar Maurya. The alleged detenue Smt. Shivani Tiwari has admitted her marriage with Alok Verma but she has categorically stated that she is living away from her husband out of her own free will because of certain vices of her husband. She has categorically stated that she has not illegally or forcibly been detained by her father-opposite party no. 4. 2. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the alleged detenue, the allegation of her forcible confinement by the opposite party no. 4 appears to be false. 3.
