The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant- Manish Katiyar, with the following prayers: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed the this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the application and quash the order dated 17.01.2017, passed by Principal Judge, Family Case Court, District- Farrukhabad in Case NO. 746/12/14 Smt. Moni versus Manish Katiyar. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to stay the effect and operation of the order dated 17.01.2017, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Farrukhabad in Case No. 746/12/14 Smt. Moni versus Manish Katiyar during the pendency of the present application before this Hon'ble Court. And/or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case, otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 5.
