Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C./ 529 BNSS has been filed with the following prayer:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Trial Court i.e Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - 1, Lakhimpur Kheri, Opposite Party No. 2 to decide and dispose of the application dated 20.08.2024 filed in Criminal Case No. 24420 of 2021 (State of U.P. vs. Jasveer Kaur and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 356 of 2017 under Section 419, 417 IPC, Police Station Mitauli, District Lakhimpur Kheri, pending before it, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 2 weeks. (ANNEXURE NO. 1)" 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is still pending consideration since 2017 and the applicant is suffering hard delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He urges that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the Court below to conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 24420 of 2021 (State of U.P. vs. Jasveer Kaur and Others) within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. The counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. 5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the proceeding of Criminal Case No. 24420 of 2021 (State of U.P. vs. Jasveer Kaur and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 356 of 2017 under Section 419, 417 IPC, Police Station Mitauli, District Lakhimpur Kheri, in expedition, if there is Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Fuhar Gupta, Sushil Kumar, Tanuj Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Jasveer Kaur .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home, Lko. And 3 Others .....Opposite Party(s) no legal impediment, while considering the guidelines and circulars issued time to time in this regard. 6. The application is disposed off accordingly.
