It is submitted that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Clerk/Cashier on a contractual basis in the Uttarakhand State Cooperative Bank Ltd. on 12.12.2011 and has been continuously discharging his duties since then. The grievance of the petitioner is that persons similarly situated and junior to him were regularized on 27.10.2021, whereas his services were regularized only on 04.08.2022. The petitioner, therefore, claims that he is entitled to regularization from the date on which his juniors were regularized. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although a representation has already been submitted by the petitioner before respondent no.1, the same is still pending consideration. She submits that a detailed representation is required to be filed for effective redressal of the grievance, and prays that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh comprehensive representation before the competent authority, with a direction to decide the same within a stipulated period. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the petitioner. 2025:UHC:10782 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation before respondent no.1. In the event such representation is submitted, respondent no.1/competent authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 7.
