Page No.# 2/2 This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Md. Jabed Ali, who has been arrested on 16.06.2025, in connection with Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 59/2025, registered under Sections 331(4) and 305(e) of the BNS, 2023. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 59/2025, vide Charge-Sheet No. 145/2025, dated 30.07.2025. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 59/2025. Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of. Copy of the instruction received from the Inspector Commn., MCC Dispur, placed before the Court, be kept as part of the record.
