Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.4 District Magistrate/Collector, Prayagraj to ensure recovery of the amount mentioned in the recovery Certificate bearing Letter- 11746/Prayag.- M.W.06/2021, dated 21.10.2024 (as contained in annexure no.4) from opposite party no.6,M/s R.V. Constructions Company, 259 Daraganj, Prayagraj issued by opposite party no. 2, Prescribed Authority, Minimum Wages Act, 1948 & Deputy Labour Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj due to non-compliance of judgment and order dated 18.12.2023 arising out of M.W. Case No. 06/2021, Uttar Pradesh Bijli Karamchari Sangh Vs. M/s R.V. Constructions Company and three others expeditiously at the earliest in a time bound manner in the interest of justice. (ii).To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.3, District Magistrate/Collector, Pratapgarh to ensure recovery of amount mentioned in recovery certificate bearing Letter- 11747/Prayag.- M.W.06/2021, dated 21.10.2024 (as contained in Annexure No.5) from opposite party no. 5, Executive Engineer, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Limited, Vidyut Vitran Khand-1, Bhangwa Chungi, District Pratapgarh, as both certificates have been issued by opposite party no. 2, Prescribed Authority, Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and Deputy Labour Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj, expeditiously at the earliest in a time bound manner in the interest of justice." 2. Considering the fact that the recovery certificates have been issued and are pending, present petition is disposed off directing respondent nos.3 and 4 to ensure that the recovery certificates as contained in annexure nos.4 and 5 respectively issued be executed in accordance with law positively within a period of two months if there are Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sharad Nandan Ojha, Akhand Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Amarjeet Singh Rakhra Uttar Pradesh Bijli Karmchari Sangh Thru.
