The present petition has been filed by the petitioner that despite, request of the petitioner for revisiting the fees fixed in the case of the petitioner's institution, no order has been passed and now the petitioner is being asked to file an affidavit undertaking to charge the fees as has already been fixed. 3. Considering the fact that no order has been passed on the request of the petitioner for re-fixation of the fees, the present petition is disposed of directing that the petitioner shall file an affidavit as directed in the communication dated 28th August, 2025. However, the same shall be subject to outcome of the decision on the representation filed by the petitioner.
