Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- "(I) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to considered and decide the case of the petitioner and pay the difference of arrears of salary of Rs 1800/- Per month with effect from 2016 and further be prayed to direct to pay the arrears of pension along with admissible interest and monthly pension accordingly from month to month as being paid to civil police in the same department......" 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.4 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Shrawasti, District Shrawasti who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
