Anjum Rizvi Vs. S. Zeeshan Haidar, under Section 2 of the Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939, expeditiously. Submission is that the case No. 2308 of 2023; Smt. Anjum Rizvi Vs. S. Zeeshan Haidar, under Section 2 of the Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939, is pending consideration before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow. The fact remains that the parties have settled their dispute by way of amicable settlement, while executing the settlement/agreement, wherein the condition is mentioned that the parties shall get decided their cases. In the present matter, the status of the marriage has to be decided, thus, the learned trial court concerned is directed to decide the case No. 2308 of 2023; Smt. Anjum Rizvi Vs. S.
