Heard Sri Atul Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anurag Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 and learned AGA for the State as well as perused the record. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the chargesheet dated 29.03.2018 filed in Case Crime No. 024 of 2018, under Sections 323/504/506 IPC, Police Station Chowk, District Lucknow and summoning order dated 06.07.2018 passed by learned ACJM, court no. 29, Lucknow as well as entire proceedings in pursuance thereof, on the basis of compromise dated 15.05.2025. This matter is arising out of a matrimonial dispute and vide settlement/agreement dated 15th of May, 2025, the parties have settled their dispute amicably. Both the parties have jointly prayed that the criminal proceedings of Case Crime No. 024 of 2018, under Sections 323/504/506 IPC, Police Station Chowk, District Lucknow, may be quashed. Learned AGA for the State has no objection to the contentions aforesaid.
