The Court without entering into the merits of the controversy, had directed the Lokayukta Administration to consider and decide the complaint dated 15.11.2021 of the petitioner, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the concerned parties within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of the order was placed before him. 4. Alleging that the order dated 11.08.2023 in Writ-C No.6860 of 2023 was not complied with by the Opposite party no.2, the petitioner had filed a Contempt Petition namely Contempt Application (Civil) No.2267 of 2024 [Vakeel Chand Jain Vs. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Mishra, Lok Ayukta], the Court by a detailed order had observed that no Contempt has been made out. The order dated 30.05.2024 had left it open for the petitioner to take appropriate remedy before appropriate Forum, if he still had grievance. 5. The petitioner has not challenged the order dated 21.11.2023 which is a communication made by a General Secretary of the Opposite party no.4 informing him that the grievance that the petitioner has raised does not come within the jurisdiction of the Lokayukta Administration. It is a civil dispute relating to Property / Land and can only be decided by the Competent Court of law. 6.
