The present revision has been filed challenging the order dated 28.11.2024 whereby the issue of valuation was decided as well as the order dated 15.07.2025. 3. Considering the fact that one of the issue has been decided and the suit is pending, no interference is call for except that after the suit is decided, the revisionist herein would be entitled to take all the grounds in the revision that may be filed including the challenge to the order dated 15.07.2025. 4. As the suit is of the year 2021, the trial court is directed to decide the suit expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties positively within a period of one year. 5. The writ petition stands disposed off.
