According to petitioner, he made a representation to District Magistrate, Haridwar on 29.09.2025 regarding the problem of water logging. Since no decision has been taken on the representation, therefore, he has filed this writ petition, seeking the following reliefs: - (i) to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 to decide the Representation/ Application dated 29.09.2025 made by the petitioner regarding the issue of sewage water of Village flowing into the petitioner’s land (Annexure No. 5 to this Writ Petition). (ii) to direct Respondent No. 2 & 3 to allow the petitioner to fill soil in the land to raise the ground level so that he can farm in the agricultural land. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to District Magistrate, Haridwar to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 29.09.2025, as per law, within six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. All persons, 2025:UHC:10211 who are likely to be affected by the decision to be taken, shall also be given opportunity of hearing before passing any order.
