K M KRISHNA REDDY The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above contempt case is filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 25.04.2024 in W.P.No.9711 of 2024. 2. The writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of, directing the Tahsildar, Cheepurupalli Mandal, to consider the application made by the petitioner in Form VI-A seeking mutation in respect of the lands of an extent of Ac.2.40 cents, Ac.1.46 cents, Ac.0.52 cents and Ac.0.40 cents in Sy.Nos.169- 4, 117/42, 169/5 and 169-5 respectively of Kothapeta Village, Ravivalasa, Cheepurupalli Mandal, Vizianagaram District. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri K.M. Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent, would submit that in pursuance of the order mentioned above, the respondent has passed a speaking order vide Rc.No.69/2024/SA, dated 22.07.2024. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 4. Since a speaking order has been passed on 22.07.2024, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 25.04.2024 in W.P.No.9711 of 2024 by the respondent. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the aforementioned proceedings if aggrieved. No order as to costs.
