Considering the fact that the fourth respondent had passed an order of rejection without assigning any reasons as to whether anything adverse to the petitioner has been reported or that there is no exemplary contribution regarding the Education Student Committee to reject the request for re-employment till the end of the academic year, the order impugned herein is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the fourth respondent to consider the case of the petitioner in line with the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.192 Higher Education (F1) Department, dated 12.11.2024. If the petitioner is found eligible to be re- employed in accordance with the said G.O., the fourth respondent shall forward a proposal to the first responden within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
