Heard Shri Amit Kumar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. 2. This petition has been filed seeking following main prayer. "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to take strict action against the accused person, in respect of F.I.R No. 480/2025 U/s 137(2) B.N.S, P.S.-Gola, District-Kheri." 3. At the outset, learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions of Sarvesh Maurya, Sub-Inspector, P.S. Gola, District Kheri, submits that after investigation, final report No. 120/2025 dated 24.08.2025 has been forwarded to the concerned court. It is also submitted that the victim, who is found to be major, has solemnized marriage with Amit @ Prasenjit s/o Ved Prakash r/o Village Itauli, P.S. Puvayan, District Shahjahanpur, on her own will and volition. The copy of the aforesaid written instruction is taken on record. 4.
