Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- 3. i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties to pay the arrear of Cycle allowance alongwith interest from due date till actual payment made to the petitioners by calculating amount of Rs.200 & 300/- per month allowance w.e.f. 16.11.2012 till 31.12.2019, in pursuant to government orders dated 07.12.2018 & 09.01.2020 issued by the State Government. 4. Since petitioners grievance would require consideration of factual aspect, liberty is granted to petitioners to move fresh individual representations before opposite party no.3 i.e. District Magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri. In case such representations are filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority in the light of government order in case the same is applicable. 5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
