Heard Sri Dharmendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA and learned counsel for the respondent no.4. 3. This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report lodged against the petitioner by the opposite party no.4 at Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Hardoi having F.I.R. No.0393 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(3) and 352 BNS, 2023 on 30.07.2025 at 23:43 Hours (which is contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition) to the petition. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to harass the petitioners and his family members and make attempts to arrest him and raid his house." 4. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 08.09.2025 received from Anant Lal, Sub Inspector/Investigating Officer, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Hardoi, submits that the charge sheet No. 308/2025 dated 27.08.2025 has been prepared and forwarded to the Supervisory Authority, who after examining the same, shall forward the same accordingly.The said instructions are taken on record. 5. In view of above, the petition is misconceived. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
