A correction application (MCRC No. 2 of 2025) has been filed by the applicant, praying that in the order dated 07.11.2025, in paragraph no. 7, wherein the Criminal Misc. Application along with the Compounding Application was allowed, the word “Khatima” has been inadvertently mentioned in place of “Sitarganj”. The applicant, therefore, seeks correction of the said error. 5. Perusal of the record indicates that learned counsel for the applicant had himself mentioned “Khatima” in the compounding application. 6. Upon this being pointed out, learned counsel for the applicant seeks and is granted permission to carry out the necessary amendment in the compounding application during the course of the hearing. 7. Having considered the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the correction application, and in the interest of justice, the correction application is allowed. 8.
