Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C./529 of the B.N.S.S.,2023 has been filed with the prayer to direct the Respondent No. 2(Ld. Addl. District Magistrate, Salon, Raebareli) to conclude the proceedings of Application no. 58/604460/22 (Computerized Case no. T202510580604460) titled as Usha Kumari Singh v Ranvijay Singh) expeditiously within a fixed time frame on day-to-day basis,without granting unnecessary adjournments. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2022 and even after passing of about 3 years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the proceedings of Application no. 58/604460/22 (Computerized Case no. T202510580604460) titled as Usha Kumari Singh vs Ranvijay Singh), with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time.
