By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of regular pay scale on completion of three years of part time sweeper. 2. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, similarly situated Sweepers have been paid the above said pay scale however, it appears, by clerical mistake petitioner’s name has been left out while the said pay scale was granted to others. 3. Considering the controversy involved in this writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that if the petitioner submits fresh representation within a period of 15 days, the competent authority shall decide the said representation on merits, by speaking order, in accordance with law, within a further period of three months. The authority shall specifically deal with the grounds raised by the petitioner that the similarly situated sweepers have been granted benefit of pay scale. 4.
