Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. As the instant appeal is being decided at the admission stage itself, issuance of notice to opposite party no. 2 is hereby dispensed with. 3. From perusal of record, it appears that the instant appeal has been filed against the order dated 27.05.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Barabanki in S.T. No.1137/2021 whereby application for discharge filed by the appellant has been rejected. 4. Learned counsel for the appellant confines his argument by stating that the appellant has not applied for bail and the interest of justice would be sub- served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to give liberty to the appellant to move application for bail before the learned trial court and the same may be decided expeditiously. 5. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant. 6. For the foregoing reasons and submissions advanced by leaned counsel for the appellant, the appellant may move application for bail before the trial Court and if such application is moved, the same shall be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
