As per averments of the joint memo, the matter is settled between parties for Rs.5,00,000/-(rupees Five Lakhs only). Out of the said amount, a sum of Rs.1,92,000/- (rupees One Lakh Ninety Two Thousand only) is in deposit before the trial Court. The respondent –complainant is present and he submits that he has received a sum of Rs.3,58,000/- (rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Eight Thousand only) by way of cash from the petitioner –accused. 3. In view of the settlement, the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is compounded. In view of the compounding the offence, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of as the offence is compounded. 4. The respondent –complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,92,000/- (rupees One Lakh Ninety Two Thousand only) deposited by the petitioner – accused before the trial Court. 5.
