Challenging the action of the Respondents 1 and 2 in putting the land to an extent of Ac.37.94 cents in Sy.No.622 of Molagavalli Village for auction on 17.07.2019 without following Waqf Properties Lease Rules, 2014, the present Writ Petition is filed. In the absence of interim directions, the auction is held and it is only for a period of three (3) years and the said period is also completed and It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Petitioner is no more no further orders are necessary in this matter for further adjudication and hence writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
