Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Atul Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 & 3. 2. Present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 13.06.2025 passed by the Opposite Party No.2 and 3, contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Party No.1 to 3 to provide the affiliation to the petitioner institution for running the B.Pharma courses for academic session 2025 - 26 as the approval has already been granted by the Pharmacy Council of India for the academic session 2025 - 26. (iii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties to extend the benefit of judgment and order dated 19.08.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ - C No.7273 of 2025, contained as Annexure No.8 to the writ petition." 3. The issues raised in the present petition is squarely covered by means of the judgement dated 19.08.2025 passed in Writ - C No.7273 of 2025 (C/M Karmyog Sewa Samiti vs. State of U.P. & Ors.). 4. As the petitioner has already been granted approval by the PCI, the University shall take steps for grant of affiliation within the timeline fixed by the Supreme Court vide order dated 09.05.2025 passed in M.A. No.711 of 2025 in Civil Appeal No.9048 of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ajay Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Atul Kumar Dwivedi, Ravi Singh Shri Nath Baba College Of Pharmacy Thru. Auth. Signatory Sujeet Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Its Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Tech. Edu. Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) 2012 (Parshvanath Charitable Trust and Ors. v. All India Council for Technical Education and Ors.). 5. All other directions passed in Writ - C No.7273 of 2025 (supra) shall also apply in the present case. 6.
