Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Farhan Habib, who appears on behalf of opposite parties no.1 and 2. 2. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite party no.1 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2024 (contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) in pursuance of the report dated 23.09.2024 submitted by the Law Officer, Sunni Central Waqf Board, Lucknow (contained in Annexure-2 to the writ petition), in accordance with law, within time stipulated by this Hon’ble Court.” 3. We have gone through the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2024 and we find that petitioner has prayed for changing the nature of Waqf No.11, Lakhimpur Kheri as Waqf Alal-Aulad from Waqf Alal- Khair. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party no.1 to proceed strictly in accordance with law and the Rules and give an opportunity of hearing to all concerned before passing any order on such representation made by the petitioner.
