1. Heard Mr. Anand Kesharwani, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms. Upasana Mehta, Dy. Government Advocate for the State/respondent/s.
2. By this instant petition, the petitioner prays for following relief/s :
“10.1 That, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record relating to the petitioner's case. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct to respondent No. 04 and 05 to pass an appropriate order in the application of the petitioner for grant of aid. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct to respondent No. 04 and 05 to pass an appropriate order in the representation file by the petitioner within stipulated time. 10.4 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case to the petitioner.”

At the very outset learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the grievances as raised by the petitioner has already been redressed as under the Chhattisgarh Rajya Gosewa Commission, whereby an amount of the Rs.4.01 Lacs has been sanctioned to the petitioner center for the financial year 2021-22 as Poshan Ahar Anudan Rashi (Annexure R/1)

Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that he is not knowing whether the Grant in Aid has been given or not, as such, he may be given some time to seek instruction. 5. Considering the aforementioned facts, as the Grant in Aid has al- ready been given, as such, this petition has become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of at this stage, however, a liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in case, exigency arises.
