This is an application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for transferring a Title Suit (M) No. 87 of 2024, pending before the Court of learned District & Sessions Judge, Jorhat to the Court of learned District & Page No.# 2/2 Sessions Judge, Dibrugarh. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he will not be filing any written objection against the instant application for the transfer of the Title Suit (M) No. 87/2024, which is pending before the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Jorhat to the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Dibrugarh. Having considered the submission made, since there is no objection to the transfer of the case, the instant Tr.P.(C) No. 70/2024 is allowed and accordingly, the said Title Suit (M) No. 87/2024 is to be transferred to the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Dibrugarh from the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Jorhat forthwith. Accordingly, the Tr.P.(C) No. 70/2024 stands allowed and disposed of.
