The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially opposite party no. 2 & 3 to decide the application dated 02-06-2025 submitted by the petitioner before the opposite party no. 2 for ends single operation of the account of Sri Ram Janki Sanskrit Vidhyalaya, Pure Sadanand Shukul, Shukul Bazar, (the then Sultanpur) presently Amethi, which is still continue since February 1986, in the interest of justice." 2. It has been stated that the petitioner filed an application dated 02.06.2025, which is contained in Annexure No. 5. 3. Without going to the merits of the petitioner's claim, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the petition with direction to the opposite party no.2 to pass an order on the application filed by the petitioner. The petitioner shall file a fresh copy of the application along with a copy of this order before the opposite party no.2. The respondent shall thereafter make an endeavour to pass a reasoned order thereupon within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of the fresh application. 4.
