Heard learned counsel for petitioner. 2. Present petition has been preferred with a prayer to direct the learned court below/learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 6, Allahabad to decide the proceedings under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act bearing Case No. 81 of 2023 (Munita Kushwaha vs. Ranjeet Maurya and Others), Police Station Phaphamau, District Allahabad, within stipulated period. 3. At the best of respondents, the matter is pending which has been preferred at the behest of the petitioner in pursuance to Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act in shape of Case No. 81 of 2023 (Munita Kushwaha vs. Ranjeet Maurya and Others), wherein the respondents have already put their appearance and sought time for filing objection, but till today, no objection has ever been preferred. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, learned court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-6, Allahabad is hereby directed to decide/expedite the Case No. 81 of 2023 (Munita Kushwaha vs. Ranjeet Maurya and Others), under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Phaphamau, District Allahabad, preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and without extended any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties unless the same is unavoidable but after giving full opportunity of hearing to both sides. Both the parties are hereby directed to extend full cooperation to the concerned court for achieving the directions as made above. 5. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
