Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's earlier online application was rejected purely on technical grounds. Therefore, she submits that in the event the petitioner renders a fresh online application, the same will be considered and a survey will be accomplished. 3. Recording the assurance given by learned AGA, this Court passes the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed; ii. The petitioner is at liberty to tender a fresh online application requesting for survey and issuance of 11E sketch; iii.
