Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioner's case for promotion on the post of Aanganwadi Worker in the center concerned. 3. It has been submitted that by means of letter dated 23.09.2024, details had been sought from petitioner with regard to aforesaid promotion but despite the petitioner having provided all such documentation, the case for promotion of petitioner is not being considered. 4. Learned State counsel has not been provided any instructions in the matter. 5. In view of innocuous prayer made without entering into merit of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Chief Development Officer, Balrampur who shall consider petitioner's representation for promotion on the post of Aaganwadi Worker expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date certified copy of this order served upon him. 6.
