The petitioner has filed the present sub application to reopen the contempt petition in Contempt Petition No.1547 of 2025, since this Court has closed the contempt petition based on the report filed by the official respondents. 2. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the undertaking given by the official respondents to the effect that the premises in question would be locked and sealed, the contempt petition was closed. Subsequently, the premises in question was desealed, thereby, the official respondents have violated the conditions. Therefore, prays for reopen the contempt petition and to hear the contempt petition and pass orders on merits. 3.
