From a perusal of the aforesaid letter, it is evident that the respondent/State, in the case at hand, have considered and decided the claim of the present petitioner vide a detailed speaking order and in pursuance thereto have directed the office of the Accountant General to process the pension paper. In view thereof, present proceedings are closed. 3. Present petition stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms, so also the pending application(s), if any.
