Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Birendra Prasad Singh, Advocate who has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of all the respondents. 2. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that subsequent to the petitioner being placed under suspension vide order dated 03.09.2024, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition, the inquiry officer though has submitted the inquiry report yet the disciplinary authority has failed to pass any final order on the same till date with the result that the petitioner still continues under suspension. 3. Sri Birendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the respondents states that a final order in this regard would be passed in accordance with law and the relevant rules by the disciplinary authority within four weeks from today. 4. The aforesaid statement of Sri Birendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the respondents is recorded and the writ petition is consigned to record.
