By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the suit preferred in the year, 2022. Having taken note of the aforesaid prayer as well as the material on record including the extracts of the order sheet it reveals that the written statement has yet not been filed. In the aforesaid circumstances, this Court does not find that there is any accentuating circumstances to expedite the suit at this stage. It will be open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the court concerned for their grievances and needless to say that in case if such an application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided by the court concerned in accordance with law. It is also clarified that in case, if any genuine cause for expedition of a suit relating to year 2022 arises in future mere dismissal of the instant petition may not come in the way of the petitioner.
