Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of minimum of pay-scale in terms of guidelines dated 24.09.2024 issued by the State Government and in terms of judgment rendered in the case of Sabha Shankar Dube v. Divisional Forest Officer reported in 2019 (12) SCC 297: AIR 2019 SC 220. 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh individual representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Director, Horticulture & Food Processing, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided in the light of guideline dated 24.09.2024 and judgment rendered in the case of Sabha Shankar Dube (supra) within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
