Affidavit of compliance has been filed today in the Court, which is taken on record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 17.05.2019 passed in the execution case. 3. The facts are that the respondent had instituted proceedings under Section 21(1)(a) of the U.P. Act No.13 of 1972, which was decided in favour of the landlord. Subsequently, the appeal was also dismissed. Thereafter, the petitioner preferred Writ Petition No.3847 of 2016, which was also dismissed. The SLP preferred was also dismissed. Subsequently, the execution was filed, in which, objections were filed, in which an order came to be passed rejecting the objections of the petitioner. Challenging the said order, the present writ petition has been filed. 4. Considering the fact that the order of release has been affirmed by all the Courts, the objections were only employed to prolong the agony of the landlord. No good ground for interference is made out. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 6. The interim order stands vacated. 7. The trial court is directed to execute the decree and send a report to this Court within a period of two months from today. 8. The Senior Registrar is directed to communicate this order to the trial court for compliance.
