Heard Sri Bhup Chandra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned AGA for the State-opposite parties no.1 to 3. 2. In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioners have assailed the FIR bearing Case Crime No.078 of 2025, under Sections 64, 352, 351(3), 125 of B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 3(2)(v), 3(1)(dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Maholi, District- Sitapur. 4. Learned AGA has produced copy of instructions letter dated 08.09.2025 provided by the Sub Inspector, Police Station- Maholi, District- Sitapur, the same is taken on record. As per the aforesaid instructions, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners. 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this petition. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed being infructuous. 6. However, it is always open for the petitioners to assail the charge sheet Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Banwari Lal, Bhup Chandra Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Smt.
