Guna Prava Boruah is present. 3. Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The Insurer has agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lac and Fifty Thousand) as compensation to the claimant. 4. The Insurer is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lac and Fifty Thousand) within four weeks from today before the Registry of this Court and the Registry may allow the claimant to withdraw the same after proper verification of the claimant by the Registry. 5.
