Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 03.09.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which, petitioner's representation has already been rejected vide order dated 19.08.2025. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh to challenge the same order. 5.
