This is an application filed by the petitioners praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending their arrest for the offences under Sections 33/33(c)/41/42 of the Indian Forest Act. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. There is an allegation against this petitioner of levelling the forest land and uprooting the forest trees by using the JCB machine and when the Forest Officers went there, they fled. 5. Considering the nature of the allegation, which is cutting of trees and clearing the forest land, I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners in connection with G (F) Case No.2291 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribagh, stands rejected.
