We have gone through the representation made by the petitioner to the District Magistrate Amethi from which it is evident that the private respondent no.4- Dharmpal Yadav is interfering in the possession of the petitioner. 4. We cannot direct the District Magistrate to decide such representation of the petitioner, thus, giving him jurisdiction to interfere in a purely Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ambika Prasad Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
