Crl.O.P.No.1631 of 2025 respondent Police on prohibition raid near Parangiyanandham Kappu Kaatu, the petitioner was found to be in illegal possession of 20 liters of ID arrack and 3000 liters of ingredients for preparing illicit substances, which contained poisonous substance. Hence the case. 3. Pleading innocence on the part of the petitioner, false implication in the case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this court, since he has got previous cases of similar nature. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. 4. The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, is that the petitioner was found to be in illegal possession of 20 liters of ID arrack and 3000 liters of ingredients for preparing illicit substances, which contained poisonous substance. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, the petitioner's criminal antecedents and the fact that the petitioner has eight previous cases of a similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.
